Your favorite place will be the screened in porch with rocking chairs. Guest access Whole house Other things to note No large parties allowed at the property. Should a large party occur, guests may be asked to vacate and no refund given. If excessive cleaning is required there will be an additional fee. Smoking inside the house is not allowed. Should smoking occur inside the house an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
