So power is always on. ✅The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there are no lifts. ✅This is a self catering unit and therefore not serviced. We can provide cleaning services at a cost. ✅In the apartment you will find coffees, teas, sugars, milk and tissue paper. The host provides these as a starter pack for guests to settle in. Thereafter, guests should provide their own supplies. ✅In winter, we provide electric blankets, Aranda blankets and gas heater. Important to note: - Guests are not allowed to bring their electric heaters, this is for us to manage our electricity bill. - A gas tanker of 9kg is provided as a start, thereafter guests can fill at their own cost. ✅This is a family friendly complex. NO parties are allowed at any given time. You need to adhere to all rules as per the guest instructions. All we ask is that you treat this as like your own space.
