Three level townhouse, overlooking the sea, elegantly designed for comfort and recreation. The main door, living room, dining room, balcony and fully-equipped kitchen are located in the mid-level. Three bedrooms, two with loft, are located in the top level and another bedroom and the game room are located in the lower level. The game room leads to the garden with jacuzzi, picnic table and grill. A few minutes walk will bring you to the beach . The space Guests has exclusive use of the entire house and the garden just outside the entertainment area. They can cook in the kitchen and grill in the garden. A picnic table is set up in the garden. The house has a commanding view of the sea around Puerto Azul including Corregidor and the coastline of Bataan. Guest access Guests can access a small rocky beach which is exclusive to residents and their guests. There is also a long beach that can be accessed. An 18 hole golf course and a country club with pool are just outside Ocean Villas gated community and it is open to the public for an additional fee. Other things to note We do not allow pets in the house.
