Fantastic apartment in a great central location, with all of Liverpool at your doorstep. The space Very spacious 1 bedroom flat...enjoy a private bedroom with separate dressing area. Sleep with a comfy king-sized bed and fresh white linen. The living room area has room to relax with a comfy sofa and also a dining table for 4 people to enjoy a meal around. The flat features privately secured WiFi (although note that the building does not have the option for fibre broadband so it can be slow at times), plus a 43 inch Smart TV with plenty of well-placed charging points. Live efficiently with a fully equipped kitchen, including a full-sized oven with hob and a dishwasher. Guest access Situated on Sir Thomas Street in the Cavern Quarter, you’ll be only a few minutes walk from the central station, and a short walk from Chinatown, the iconic Royal Albert Dock and the Ropewalks, which is home to independent shops and eateries. If your visit is a working one, the commercial district is a short stroll away, as is FACT Liverpool and the Bluecoat arts and culture centre. Tate Liverpool and the famous Cavern Quarter, where the Beatles honed their craft, are also nearby - meaning you should be able to pack a little bit of everything into even the shortest of stays. Parking is available in a modern multi-storey on Victoria St - £13 for 24 hours. Please note that the apartment is accessed via 3 levels of stairs, there is no lift at present. Other things to note We're no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out because we now need the full changeover time to make sure the apartment is thoroughly cleaned in line with Airbnb's COVID-19 cleaning guidelines.
