Casa Santo Stefano is a unique location if you want to relax. The villa is located at the foot of the world-famous Sibillini Mountains at 650m altitude. On private grounds of more than 10,000m2, you will find yourself in an oasis of peace and enjoy the breathtaking rolling valley and the Sibillini Mountains. You can choose to do nothing at all and drink an espresso at the private pool, but if you want a more active vacation, there are plenty of options. Be welcome! The space The villa + outbuildings of approximately 200 m2 are fully equipped with every comfort, including 5 large bedrooms for a total of 11 people. Two of these bedrooms are set in the "Capella" with private toilet and bathrooms. In addition, there are additional spaces available such as a pantry with extra fridge/freezer, a laundry/central heating area, a small play area for children and an attic for storage. The villa has a private swimming pool that is maintained weekly. There is also a large veranda with an outdoor kitchen. A recent renovation has taken place, making a lot of the amenities as good as new. You just need to bring your clothes! Guest access The villa is fully accessible and has its own parking space. The villa is located on its own 10,000 m2 plot that offers complete privacy. You will be welcomed by our (local) hostess. Other things to note Santo Stefano is located on the outskirts of the mountain village of Gualdo (MC) with its own supermarket, bakery, butcher, ATM, charging stations and various bars.
