The space The loft is divided into 3 spaces: Coco Studio, a space for relaxation and inspiration, where the best ideas come to life. There is a 3-piece sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, a projector to watch movies on a large screen, a reading and work area where you have a desk with the appropriate facilities to connect your laptop or do your work tasks. A very bright and ventilated space, it has a glass window, in the best industrial style, overlooking the terrace. Coco Rooftop: A terrace free of nearby buildings or constructions. A truly relaxing space, where you will find “La Parrilla de Coco” (Coco's Grill) green area, an outdoor space where you can cook any type of food on the barbecue, as it has a grill and a complementary oven. Sleep & Eat: The other Coco Loft space is the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom area. It has privacy and brightness. This space has double entry, you can enter from the Coco Studio or from Coco Rooftop. The kitchen is complete, and the table has room for 4 (comfortable) diners. It really is a cozy space to have a pleasant dinner. The toilet, separate from the sink and shower, has linen, a hairdryer, and a first aid kit. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, and shower. Then the bedroom area, which is integrated into the kitchen, has a SWIVEL TV, which allows you to watch TV from bed or from the kitchen. The bed is a queen size bed with a top-of-the-line mattress.
