Gorgeous 3BR family-friendly apt

Our apartment is located in a beautiful and well-kept "Haussmannien" building, in a fantastic area. We're one street away from Le Marais, in the hip 11th arrondissement. We love welcoming guests and traveling around, and we believe that respectful manners are at the center of the AirBnb experience. Please note that we prefer hosting families as our apartment is designed this way (we have 3 kids, 5-10 years old). Important notice: there is no A/C in the apt, there is one fan in each room. The space The living room & open kitchen is spacious and welcoming. We cook a lot and there's no doubt you will feel at ease making your own dishes. This part of the apartment oversees the Boulevard Richard Lenoir and Boulevard Voltaire. It gives a great sense of Paris' pulse. The rooms, however, are quiet and overseeing a "cour intérieur" (inside patio of the building). There's a master/parental bedroom with a queen size bed and shower room within the room. One children room with a bunk bed and even a mattress underneath if you want 3 kids to sleep in the same room (that's how our kids are sleeping right now). And one guest bedroom with a single-that-becomes-double bed if need be (see photos).
