The space Our space is completely remodeled and suitable for our guests to have an excellent stay. We have new and comfortable furniture of very good quality. Since we want you to have a pleasant stay and we would like there to be no misunderstandings, unfortunately, we have had to limit visits to the accommodation due to bad past experiences, that is, the house is not enabled to receive guests during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to being of great assistance throughout your reservation. Guest access All the spaces in the accommodation are for the enjoyment of our guests. You can enjoy all the areas offered by our space with the best privacy. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION We recently made an additional bedroom available in the accommodation. This bedroom is available free of charge only for reservations of 7 or more guests (not including minors). If it is a smaller amount and they require the use of the bedroom, it will have an additional cost and must be informed in advance. The accommodation is conditioned to receive up to 12 guests in total, depending on your reservation, they can enjoy up to 4 bedrooms, additionally an inflatable mattress and a sofa bed, which are only available for reservations of 9 guests and onwards for free. ON RESERVATION THE SAME DAY. Reservations made less than 2 hours in advance may require additional preparation time. We appreciate your understanding to offer you a space in optimal condition. In the subject of pets, if they are accepted but you will have to inform what type of pet, these carry extra cost per day per pet and if they cause any damage, an extra would have to be covered depending on the severity. You will need to take care not to get on beds or furniture and when removing to leave their feces and so on. It will be up to 3 pets per stay.
