Guest access The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Use garage for laundry only. Parking in front of the home on a long dirt driveway. Other things to note MUST READ PRIOR TO BOOKING- ** County's Ordinance and Mandatory Guest Signature: Prior to check-in, guests will be required to read, understand and sign an agreement acknowledging the rental agreement and guest expectations as required by the San Bernardino County's Short Term Rental Ordinance. Failure to do so cancels the reservation without a refund. ** Permit Violation: Guests are expected to comply with host's permit requirement. If Police is called for guest's actions, guests are responsible for all the fines and penalties in addition to the end of the stay without a refund. ** Wild-Life: Expect Desert Wildlife regardless of the weather. You are in an open large desert landscape and common desert wildlife is expected including but not limited to various mammals, reptiles, and insects. Please watch your step as you spend time outdoors and please be mindful of open doors and windows for your safety. Please don't leave any food outside unattended. ** Dirt: Expect dirt regardless of our tight professional cleaning since you are in the desert and dirt gets inside the house and/or hot tub/cowboy pool given the wind. ** Phone Carrier Service: Good network connectivity from major US cell phone carriers. But expect spotty cell phone service availability and quality depending upon your service provider, especially in remote areas. Please prepare your stay by enabling wifi calling, We have reliable high-speed wifi during your stay. ** Road Conditions: Fortunately we have a completely paved road leading up to the house. ** NO Events & Commercial Photoshoots: They are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees. ** Garage: Garage use is not permitted except when using the washer-dryer. Park at a nonpaved driveway in the front of the house. ** Privacy: Preserving Desert essence is at the heart of our home. Its expansive over 3.5 acres with the essential privacy fence but not fully to keep the sprawling desert landscape organic. ** NO Smoking Inside: Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Any dirt area of the property line is ok if need to smoke. ** Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front, back, and side yards, and also in the garage for the security of owner's belongings.
