Understated home at the top of the hill. Spacious, comfortable and accommodating. Cozy brick wood burning fireplace, well-equipped kitchen and dining room. Laundry available. Enjoy fresh air, tree surroundings and mountain views from the back deck or enjoy the expansive yard that fills with snow in the winter. A few steps to 5 mile hiking trail and forest which serves as sledding area in the winter. Short drive to Alpine slide, tubing, Bear Mountain and Snow Summit and Big Bear Lake. The space The space consists of 3 bedrooms all separate and with its own privacy. There is also a living room for entertaining and large kitchen and dining area for gathering.
