Enjoy your stay at this cozy cottage just steps away from beautiful Cross Lake. This 3bdr, 1bath house features a 4 seasons porch so you can relax and unwind all year. Our large yard provides you additional space to enjoy the stunning view. From the first weekend of May-Sept 30th, you will also have access to our shared pier. Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing or other nearby activities: skiing, golfing and ziplining. Beach chairs/toys, fire pit, grill, games and folding chairs are also provided. The space The cottage is located directly in front of Cross Lake and comfortably sleeps 6, with a total of three bedrooms. There are 2 queen beds and a set of bunk beds. A pack n play is also available. This property is self check-in with keyless entry. Door code will be sent 24hrs prior to your check-in. Our private cement driveway can fit 3 vehicles. There is a Roku tv located in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Wifi, a fully stocked kitchen, and washer and dryer are also available. The property has a fenced in yard, barbecue grill, fire pit and a shared pier that is available during summer months only (first weekend May-Sept). Beach chairs/toys, yard games, and folding chairs are also provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own fishing gear and/or kayak/canoe/paddle boat to utilize with the pier. There is a neighborhood beach and playground area located directly across the street, kitty corner from the house (open May 1st-Sept 30th.) Only registered house guests (max 6) may utilize the beach and playground area during your stay. Please note that all kayaks and boats located near the beach and next to piers are private property and are not for public use. There are 2 gas stations and one restaurant/bar within walking distance. Many other great restaurants and bars are located less than 2 miles away in downtown Antioch. Wood bundles for the fire pit are available for purchase at the nearby Citgo. **Please note that this neighborhood uses well water. Bottled water is provided and recommended for drinking and cooking purposes. Keurig coffee maker is also available and coffee cups, creamers and sugars are provided. **Please no smoking/vaping and no pets allowed. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property and our shared pier (first weekend of May-Sept 30th). Only registered house guests (max 6) may utilize the neighborhood beach and playground area (May 1st-Sept 30th). There is one ring camera located at the entry of the property.
