The space This home offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a spacious patio with a hot tub and fire pit—perfect for relaxing after a long day. There’s also a fourth sleeping option with a pull-out bed located in the basement den. This is my personal home when it’s not rented, so you’ll notice some personal items throughout. That also means the house is well-equipped, thoughtfully stocked, and designed for comfort. You may see personal belongings in the closets, but there is still plenty of space for your own things. Both the main level and lower level feature living rooms with TVs, each set up for streaming with Hulu, Netflix, Max (HBO), Apple TV, and Amazon Prime. For guests working remotely, the home includes two dedicated desks/workspaces and high-speed internet, making it easy to stay productive while away. Guest access 24 hour access with electronic locks on the front and back doors. Other things to note There is a chicken coop in the backyard with 5 hens. They are quiet, shy and prefer to be left alone. When available, fresh eggs will be in the fridge for guests to enjoy. Usually the owner is away for bookings but, occasionally, they will stay in the finished detached garage and briefly access the yard to tend to the chickens and garden.
