So when you come, you can grab something to eat and drink, take a quick shower, get to bed and get up the next day ready to take on the day all before you even unpack. ★ LOWER LEVEL ONLY ★ The suite is on the lower level and is blocked off by a solid curtain. The rooms on the main floor are occupied so we ask our guests to proceed down to the lower level. We will respect your privacy at all times. And we ask that you respect the folks on the main floor as well. So we will not come down to the guest suite level at any time during your stay and we ask that you don't open the bedroom doors on the main floor. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, the space is professionally cleaned after each check-out. We have a very thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. About the home This is a chic, cozy, comfortable lower unit apartment. It is also part of a larger home. We ask all our guests to be mindful and respectful of the place and the people. The main level of the house will be occupied by the homeowner and others starting in February 2023. We will do our best to keep the noise to a minimum and be quiet as possible. But you shouldn't hear much noise coming from the main floor. We respect your privacy and will not come into the lower level for the duration of your stay. We ask all of our guests to refrain from odorous cooking in the house. Also please be mindful of the house rules: no tampering or destruction of property, no parties, only maximum 4 people are allowed downstairs, no smoking, no excessive drinking, no drugs and no pets. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm - 8 am. The neighborhood The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Our neighbors are mostly working families and older people. So we ask all guests to be extremely respectful and keep the noise to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours (10pm-8am). Parking There is free parking on the street. But we ask our guests to park directly in front of the house or on the opposite side of the house. Please avoid parking in front of our neighbor's home on either side. Guest access Guests have access to the lower level (excluding the hallway closet) by going through the main floor and walking downstairs. Guests also have access to the backyard, and parking in front of the house. During your stay Once you arrive, please feel free to text the host if you need any assistance Other things to note You will enter the house from the main/top floor and proceed downstairs where everything is awaiting you.
