The accommodation is fully furnished, equipped, decorated and connected Perfect for one or two people wishing to discover Angers (the first city where it's good to live) and its surroundings. POOL: accessible only in summer months (May - September) The space Location: in a private outbuilding adjoining our house (former home of the 14th) in Belle Beille, close to the city, privileged location in the heart of nature, next to Saint Nicolas pond, ideal for walks or jogging. Perfect base for an Anjou getaway! It is composed of: - On the ground floor: beautiful entrance to the living room, as well as a fully equipped fitted kitchen (induction stove, hood, range hood, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, sink, miscellaneous storage. No washing machine or dishwasher. Separate toilet. - Upstairs (staircase, no elevator): bathroom with shower, vanity, storage and towel dryer. Separate bedroom equipped with recent quality bedding (mattress 160 x 200 cm) and dressing room. Guest access Guest access: - Free access to indoor pool (solar heating), ONLY IN SUMMER SEASON (May-September). - Access to the garden (2000m2), tables, chairs and garden furniture available on sunny days. - Free parking space TO park A vehicle. Secure bike garage upon request. - You have access to the accommodation in its entirety. We welcome you on arrival when possible depending on our schedules, otherwise your arrival can be done independently; the departure is done independently. Other things to note Location: in Belle-Beille, very quiet area, in the middle of the woods due to the nearby Saint Nicolas pond, close to universities and shops (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket and shopping center). Location 10-15 minutes from downtown and station. Supplies: All household linen is provided (sheets, towels). TV, wifi, hairdryer. Fan in summer (no air conditioning).
