Our loft staycation is perched on top of our Semi D home which is inspired by the tiny house trend offering a beautiful sunrise view facing next to Anak Air beach. This place can sing you into sleep with the soft chirping of crickets at night, and gently touch you with the sound of morning birds. Follow us on:- IG : @qayra_inn The space The studio is designed & decorated, painted, installed, and built by myself with helping hand from my children during pandemic. Transforming a basic semi D house and attach new loft above into a warm and cozy homestudio with a “wow factor” is what I do. It features a decorated bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living area with kitchenette and spacious balcony where guests will enjoy the ample outdoor space and a super blue sky view at day time & hypnotized by star gazing at night. Our homestudio equipped with free Wi-fi, a smart TV, hot shower, iron and fully air-condition. Guests can enjoy total privacy with a dedicated entrance door and free parking just next to the premises. Qayra Homestudio is design with an open concept staycation and suitable for a married couple, small family or a traveler which can accommodate up to 5 guests at any time. It is fully furnished with 1 queen bed in a bedroom and 1 single bed ready in a living area, and we also provide 2 additional floor mattress to be lay in a living area at night time. With regards to basic amenities, we do provide with basic towels, soap and shampoo. They are replenished before your check in. Our kitchenette is a basic and simple kitchen without gas stove, just for a light cooking. We have mini bar fridge and electrical kitchen appliances such as air fryer, rice cooker, kettle and multi cooker. Alcohol and non halal food is not permitted to be consume at our premise as we are a muslim owner. Tea and coffee will be complimentary. As our staycation is a home rather than a hotel, we will not be entering the studio unit to do any housekeeping throughout the duration of your stay. Exception is made during emergencies. We also encouraged you to always keep the main gate downstairs locked at all times. This is to discouraged outsiders from entering the premise and to ensure your privacy. Guest access Check in time: 2pm – 10pm Check out time: 12 pm. Guests are normally greeted by myself at the entrance gate upon check in as our main house is just located downstairs but with separate access of course. We sometimes speak to guests also but we leave that to you and value your privacy. We leave you mostly to yourself but are on hand for any queries or problems. Other things to note Our Breakfast (not included in the room rates) Breakfast is available at RM30 per pax and with at least 1 day in advance reservation as the ingredients need at least 24 hour for preparing. Breakfast will be serve at dining courtyard downstairs from 8.30am – 10.00 am. No parties, no loud activities or loud music are allowed. Neither our neighbour the house next door would like that. Just relax your mind and chill for the day. For now it is impossible to view the beach directly as it still blocking by the shade of tree but you are able sometimes hear the sound of waves breaking on shore and feel the windy breeze. No worries you may reach to the beach by riding a bicycle which provide or easily by car in a short drive. Riding a bicycle are allowed with a security deposit which will be return to you if no damages are made.
