The Cozy Nest on the Homestead- Fully Furnished

**NEWLY REMODELED** The Cozy Nest features a guest suite a private entrance, 1 Bedroom w/ queen bed, addl. bed in living room, kitchen, and full bath- with a washer and dryer in the unit! You should find everything you would need for cooking and preparing meals if you don't just ask! Enjoy the balcony porch with breathtaking views. The stars at night are amazing! We have a telescope available if desired, as well! Let us know if you would like farm fresh eggs from the chickens! The space Guests receive a complimentary welcome gift basket of supplies and a freshly baked treat is provided upon arrival but will not be replenished. Pets are welcome- but owners are required to use a leash and to remove/cleanup pet waste accordingly from grounds. This is perfect for getting away from busy life and find rest. Some of the most beautiful areas and hiking are located within minutes of our homestead: Cumberland Mountain State Park, Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, Ozone Falls, Mennonite Community, Fall Creek Falls- tons of local boutique and antique shops, Wineries, Golf Courses, and so much more! Please note, we are in the country and while we do offer WiFi, however, it is not the fastest. There is no cable, but a selection of movies, books, and games are in the apartment for your use. You may also bring your Roku or Firestick for the TV. Cell phone service can be spotty, so make sure to set your phone to connect to WiFi for calls. A house phone is available at our residence if needed. Guest access Guests should park on the gravel pad right in front of the Guest Suite stairs. Guests will find the key to the entrance at the top of the stairs on the deck of the Cozy Nest- located in the mailbox. If you would like to schedule a tour of the homestead, please let us know! Livestock are fenced, several barn cats on patrol and inside dogs at the main residence. We do ask that guests NOT tour grounds without someone from The Updike Family Homestead.
