On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, and space to cook. Separated by a bar that opens onto the living room with a large dining table to share a meal. A bright living room with a large sofa and equipped with a TV and internet. At the bottom of the stairs you will find a storage/dressing room and a toilet. You still have a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, a landing leads to 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms consisting of 2 single beds (90 X 190) that can be pushed together. 1 large bedroom with a double bed 160 X 200.
