Guest access The space in the house is intended for guests, and to keep it in optimal conditions, maintenance and cleaning staff visit weekly, so you might occasionally encounter them in the common areas. Other things to note We have taken measures to ensure that both, guests and hosts, feel secure during their stay. Therefore, our Airbnbs are equipped with security cameras around the perimeter as well as in outdoor spaces within our facilities. In addition to the cleaning that is done whenever a new guest arrives, we conduct a deep cleaning on a monthly basis to sanitize the different areas and keep all spaces clean and virus-free. We recommend that when making a reservation, you confirm: - Number of guests - Specify if you're traveling by car - Provide an approximate arrival time - Please inform if you are traveling with pets. - In the event of traveling with pets, you will be responsible for cleaning the needs of the animal and any damage caused by them (in case an eventuality happen there will be a fine for $1500 MXN pesos).
