In the city center of Mérignac, this beautiful 11 m² room, overlooking the church, awaits you. It is located in a modern apartment on the top floor of a very peaceful four-story residence. This rental has an asset that will make your stay particularly comfortable. But, before revealing it to you, I invite you to join me for a small tour of the apartment. You will find yourself in a tastefully decorated 80 m² home. You share the space with 3 other guests. Each has a single room with a thick mattress (20 cm), a practical workspace and a closet, for added comfort. The living room is very friendly thanks to its large bay window with balcony access. Facing south, beautiful natural light floods the room. The wooden furniture and parquet floor make it very warm. In this room, with its refined decoration, you will feel at ease. Alone, you can escape by reading, surfing the web (the wifi connection is excellent) or listening to your playlist, sitting on the rattan armchair (or outside on the terrace). With others, you can gather, all together, wedged on the cozy sofa, for a movie break in front of the 108 cm flat-screen TV or around the dining table for friendly meals. These gourmet dishes to eat on site or on the go, outside, you will prepare them very simply. Why? Simply because I set up the kitchen for this. It is VERY functional. You will enjoy a beautiful space, a large worktop and plenty of storage. And above all, complete appliances. Indeed, I put at your disposal a large refrigerator (with freezing space), a 4-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, plenty of utensils… and even a dishwasher to save you valuable time. In case of unavailability, parking is free from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. Otherwise, you have the option to park your vehicle for free in the unnumbered spaces in the building's parking lot. • Where is public transportation located? The "Pin Galant" tram stop is a 4-minute walk away. The "Avenue du Turc" bus stop is a 3-minute walk. • How does the house share work? You share the apartment with 3 other guests. Everyone has their own room that can be locked. Therefore, only common areas, such as the kitchen and living room, are accessible to all tenants. Guest access → How does check-in work? Super simple. You enter independently. You're in front of the building entrance. On your right, the mailboxes. One of them is equipped with a code lock. Inside, a key box with the assigned room number. You open it with a 4-digit code. You'll find your key ring inside. Finally, you go up to the top floor. The keys allow you to open the apartment door and the lock of your room. You will receive the detailed procedure and useful codes a few days before your arrival. Is → the place booked exclusively for you? No. You share the apartment with 3 other tenants.
