The space A stylish and modern three-bedroom holiday home-from-home in Orange Rocks, which is renowned for its rock fishing and picture-perfect Uvongo Park Run. It is ideally placed between the Uvongo Beach with its magnificent waterfall and lagoon and St Michaels on Sea, which offers two pools and a pristine beach which is popular with swimmers as well as surfers. This leaves one split for choice! The well-appointed modern kitchen and dining room open plan design allows for more spacious living and easy socialising. The enclosed balcony forms the lounge where there are stunning sea-views. The blinds can be lifted to bring the outdoors inside. The house also boasts an indoor braai as well as permanent DSTV and WIFI. The house consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Furthermore, there is a flatlet with an extra bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a shower at the back of the property. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and opens up onto the balcony. The en-suite has a shower. Both the 2nd as well as the 3rd bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath and there is also a separate toilet. The Sea Breeze Beach House has an alarm system, and parking is available for 2 vehicles in a carport. The owners being animal lovers allow for well-behaved pets. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Please note there is an optional cleaning service at a fee on request.
