Our flat is inside WIT apartments, the most new and trendy place in town. The location is full of cool cafes, restaurants and boutique shops of local designers. Enjoy our pool, grab a beer in the rooftop with 360 views of the city or read a book in the artsy urban wall painted by the talented local artist Enrique Larios. We hope you get filled of creativity and fun during your stay. The space Loft designed by CARLOS Y PABLO local interior designers that leave footprint wherever they step. The loft is tailored for a great stay and views that kill. We understand your pet is part of the family... so welcome doggies and cats with an extra $400 pesos fee. The WIT has 24/7 Secruity and its in a area described as very safe, a strong community of residents taking care about the area and gives it a neighborhood feeling. Early check-in is available upon request (2:00pm) and late check out (12:00pm) for an extra fee por $300 pesos for each request. Pool has a heating system and is available from 7:00am to 10:00pm. No visitors allowed during your stay. Once you are booked we will send our insider guide with the very best advices for the specific area and Guadalajara in general what will make your trip a truly unique experience. If you are looking for a shoot inside our place there is an extra fee of $1,500 pesos inside the place and to include amenities you'll need to pay $4,0000. Guest access The Flat counts with smart lock for your safety and comfort. You can check-in at any time after 4:00 pm. There is check in process in the lobby with the security guard, he will take you to your unit on elevator. If you need parking he will give you access. Other things to note The Americana is a place full of life from day to night, please keep in mind that our rooftop tends to host small gatherings from the tenants during the weekends. The building its in the middle of the city! there would be noise, bars, traffic, construction.
