Across the Bay your view extends to the Balboa Peninsula/Balboa Point & the end of the Harbor where sailboats & fishing boats depart for the adventures out into the ocean. On a clear day you'll even see as far as Catalina Island! For the walking enthusiasts, this is your place! Walk to breakfast or dinner, to the beach, along the coastline at the top of the bluff.... Or take a short drive and walk through Laguna Beach or downtown Huntington Beach. You can take a little longer stroll to Fashion Island for cupcakes at Sprinkles, shopping or dining. Huntington Beach is a 10-minute drive North on Pac. Coast Hwy., Laguna Beach with it's colorful and various art galleries is about 10 minutes South. Visit the Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland, about 20 minute drive. Dreamers Landing is an upstairs condo with a Loft. Guests must sign the Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. Reservation Agreement includes check-in and check-out times, and other helpful information to make your visit enjoyable. Reservation Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking and prior to receiving check-in instructions. This is an upstairs unit. Entrance is one level up. The firepit and front patio is not for the use of guests/occupants of this unit. 4 to 7 night minimum stay during Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year season and other time periods. We reserve the right to decline requests leaving a 2 night gap in the calendar.
