The space The room boasts a luxurious Tempurpedic King-size bed accompanied by king-size pillows, promising a night of exquisite comfort. Plus, you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the large 4k TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube. To enhance your stay, we offer full access to our convenient Kitchenette, complete with a Fridge and Microwave, as well as a welcoming dining area. You're free to make yourself at home. Our prime location is within a leisurely stroll to key destinations, including Intel, Iron Point Rail station, Enterprise rental, Folsom downtown, a variety of restaurants, and nearby stores like Walmart and Safeway. If you're in the mood for some nightlife, there are pubs and bars to explore. For nature enthusiasts, beautiful trails await your discovery. We prioritize your convenience with a self-check-in system that allows you to arrive at any time, hassle-free. Your comfort and well-being are paramount during your stay with us. Please also note that our property requires guests to climb stairs to enter the home. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or those who prefer not to climb stairs. However, once you reach the room, you'll find a comfortable and private space to relax and unwind during your stay. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for everyone, please adhere to the following rules. Violation of any rule may result in immediate eviction without refund and potential legal consequences. Room Occupancy: Maximum of 2 guests per room. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property at any time. No Smoking, Vaping, or Drugs: Strictly NO smoking, tobacco, vaping, or use of drugs of any kind inside the home, on the property, in vehicles, or anywhere in the immediate surrounding area including the street and neighborhood. Guests who wish to smoke must use designated areas in the backyard only. A $300 fee will be charged for violations inside the home or on the property. No Loitering or Gatherings: No gatherings, loitering, or congregating outside the property at any time, including in parked vehicles on the street or driveway. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and the surrounding community at all times. Disruptive behavior outside the property will result in immediate removal without refund. No Illegal Activities: No illegal activities of any kind are allowed on or around the property, including prostitution or solicitation of sex workers. Violators will be immediately reported to the authorities and their stay cancelled without refund. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. A $350 fee will be charged for violations. Parking: One car per room is permitted to park on the driveway or directly in front of the house. Do not park in front of neighbors' homes or block any driveways. If you are bringing more than one vehicle please notify the host immediately. Quiet Hours: 9pm to 8am — strictly enforced. No outdoor noise, gatherings, or activity during these hours. Check-in & Checkout: Check-in: 3pm. Late check-in allowed with prior notice. Checkout: 11am. Kitchenette Access: Short-term guests (3 days or less) have access to the refrigerator and microwave only. Guests staying longer may use additional kitchen amenities. Please handwash all items after use. Laundry Access: Available for guests staying 4 days or longer only. Towels: Missing or stained towels will incur a fee of $10 each. By following these rules you contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all guests and neighbors.
