The building offers resort-style amenities such as a large lap pool, gym, cabanas, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ. Guest access Seasonal Outdoor Heated pool is open generally May through October. There is a fully equipped gym, poolside deck and terrace with lounges, fire pit, harvest table and BBQ area. There is a fireside entertainment lounge with entertaining kitchen, soft seating and large screen TV. Free parking for one vehicle, free wifi and a generous cable package. Other things to note MINIMUM 90 DAYS rental effective May 1, 2024. Parking for one vehicle is included in the rent in the buildings` secure underground garage. Parking garage clearance is 7 feet. Maximum length is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. All properties are NON SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings.
