It would be our pleasure to host you! Guest access This is a private 3BR 1 BA newly renovated apartment on the first floor that is all yours! You’ll have the entire apartment when you book. Other things to note ✦ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ✦ Your health, safety, and well-bring are of our utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ✦ NO SMOKING INSIDE ✦ Please kindly refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture + wall cleaning. We have smoke detectors in place as code regulated in the livingroom/kitchen. Please do NOT take out the batteries of the alarms. ✦ GARAGE PARKING ✦ Please be mindful of the parking space and use one allotted space. If the other car spot is blocked off in any form it will result in a possible tow and a $100 charge per night. ✦ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ✦ We would appreciate if you treat our home as your own to preserve its prestige condition for future guests and your return visits. Any unannounced guests not on the reservation will result in a $500 fee. Late checkouts after 12PM are subject to $50/hr charge. ✦ AIR CONDITIONERS & POWER ✦ We currently only have window-unit AC’s for the bedrooms. There is none in the livingroom/kitchen. If all AC’s alongside the TVs, and or other electronics are plugged in, there may be a fuse in which someone from the team would have to come and fix within 90 minutes.
