The living room offers a great view onto the pool deck and the canal beyond, as well as a big screen television. A DVD player, phones and stereo system are also available. The home has an open-concept design so that when you’re in the fully equipped kitchen you can still have a conversation with people relaxing in the living or dining room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom. One of the guest rooms has a queen-size bed, the other has two twin beds. From the pool deck you can step directly into the guest bathroom without having to walk through the house first. The master bedroom as well as one of the guest rooms also has a TV. The home is fully stocked with all the linens, towels and dishes for six people. Kitchen appliances as well as a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Other things to note Fort Myers International Airport lets you fly in from anywhere in the world and you will reach Cape Coral and your vacation home, via car, in about 30 minutes. Many of the nicest golf courses of the area are close by. There are many shopping centers and malls close by and downtown Cape Coral or Fort Myers are easily reachable by car. The beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island, as well as Fort Myers Beach are also reachable within 30 Minutes. If you are traveling with children, they can tire themselves out after a long day in the pool, which is heated during the winter months.
