Saur Homestay - Lovely garden view private bedroom - located in quiet and accessible locality of Ajmer Road. • Silent zone from 8 pm to 8 am (no loud music/noise/party as its quiet neighborhood) • Light breakfast included on request -milk, bread, butter, cornflakes • Free parking in front of house. • Free Wifi • Check in: After 1 pm, check out: Before 10:45 am, however flexible with early check-in if possible • Valid government IDs required at checkin. • Located on ground floor • No kitchen The space Earthy, airy, spacious residence built in exposed brick makes it homely and a peaceful space. The place has 1 bedroom with attached washroom opening towards a small garden. Other things to note • Currently a renovation is happening in the nearby plot, adjacent to our building (no noise concern). • If required, extra mattress will be provided for the 3rd guest. • Maximum 1 visitor allowed for max 3 hour duration. Visitor ID picture to be sent on airbnb and entry to be done in register. No visitor allowed after 8 pm, visitors found staying after 8 pm will be penalised @ Rs 750 per head • Parking to be done adjacent to house only on pavement and not towards the neighbors side/the other side of the road • House help in kitchen available (extra charges) • Electric heater and Iron to be put in 16 Amp socket only, please see for the markings on switch • No smoking inside the flat, only in balconies • 1 child below age of 6 years will be allowed free, 6 years and above shall be charged as adult • Silent zone from 8 pm to 8 am (no loud music and noise as its quiet neighborhood) • Housekeeping everyday between 11 am to 12 pm on request • No kitchen
