Walking distance to metro st. and 9 min to city center by metro. Groceries, restaurants & a mall are just few min walk. The apartment is bright clean and welcoming. The appartment is on 3rd floor. There is no elevator in the building. No smoking, no pets. Free internet and working area available. Suitable for one to two guests. The space This appartment has one bedroom, a spacious bright living room, entrance/hallway, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is clean, cozy, bright with simple scandinavian furniture. TV with access to Netflix. There is a working table/area for you if you wish to work or study. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment and the backyard. Other things to note Due to hygiejne it is not permitted to wear shoes indoors. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. This is my personal apartment and I have my belongings in the apartment.
