There has only been one complaint in our year of renting the property but there can be an intermittent sulphur smell from the water treatment plant. you are welcome to walk around the property and use the house. there is a 3600 sf shop that is available for rent as well. if you have any problems feel free to text located very close to old Mesilla. the university and Mesilla are both within bike riding distance. 800 mbps wifi
