About 600 meters from the newly opened Ribeira Mall. Distance from the beaches: Domingas Dias (1 km), Praia Dura (5 km) with access to Lagoinha and Vermelha do Sul beaches. Praia Grande (10 km). The space *Bed and bath linens are not included.* The house has 2 en-suites, both with 1 queen-size bed and a single bunk bed (the auxiliary bed supports a person of up to 70 kilos).
