Walking distance from Michelin Restaurants, World Class Shopping, and one of the best neighborhoods in all of Miami Beach. It is a 10-minute drive from Downtown Miami and Edgewater and a 15/20 min from Brickell and Bal Harbor Shopping. The space A homey, comfortable place you will feel at ease and at peace staying in. The bathroom is updated with a Temperpedic mattress and a large couch with a large TV to kick back after the beach. There is a full kitchen with everything you could need to cook including spices and sauces. There are towels and some soaps given. Guest access The building is just an empty lobby which you would walk through to the bedroom. There is a laundry room that costs $1.50 each load- washer and dryer, you may use this whenever. There is laundry detergent under the sink. Other things to note There are cleaning and cooking supplies. There is also a full office available: a desk, chair, printer, notecards, pens, etc.
