The space Situated in a tropical paradise surrounded by rainforest, yet very close to the beach, so close in fact you can hear the waves lapping the shore. It's private and peaceful with ocean and island views that are breathtaking. To take your luxury holiday up a level we also offer a range of add-ons to make your stay as relaxing as possible, these include: * pampering essentials - relaxing or therapeutic treatments in the privacy of our poolside relaxation studio with our massage & spa therapist; * selection of hampers and platters - designed around some of the amazing local produce available in Mission Beach and Far North Queensland. About the house: The driveway up to the house, winds up the hill through the rainforest and the view at the top is well worth it. Entering through the double doors into the main living area you will be amazed at the spectacular ocean views that stretch out beyond the terrace and over the rainforest treetops. The main living area includes a comfortable sofa, a large smart TV, sound bar and DVD player with Apple TV, for when you need a break from the view. An eight seater dining table allows you to enjoy meals with a beautiful rainforest backdrop. Alternatively, take your meals out on the terrace overlooking the beach and islands, an outdoor kitchen is equipped with a pizza oven and Webber BBQ. A few steps below the terrace is the pool surrounded by rainforest and those ocean views. The pool has seats built in around three sides, a great place to hang out in the afternoon watching the sunset. It is also an Enviroswim pool, which means it produces water that is cleaner, fresher and feels like swimming in a mountain stream. (i.e no chlorine smell or residue). There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, large oven, microwave, toaster, jug, built in steamer, Nespresso and Breville coffee machines. Other appliances include nutri-bullet, sandwich maker, juicer, rice cooker, popcorn maker and ice cream maker. There's a fully stocked pantry with complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, flour, condiments, cooking oil, herbs and spices. Sleeping configurations: All configurations have access to the main living area, powder room, kitchen, laundry, double garage, courtyard, pool area, terrace with day bed, outdoor dining and kitchen including BBQ and pizza oven. 2 guests - Master suite Watch the sunrise each morning over Dunk Island from the luxury of your king size bed. The master is spacious with its own sitting area, walk in robe and ensuite with a large luxury spa bath, double vanities and a huge double shower room. Note: For 1-2 guests, bedroom 2 & 3 and family room will be closed. 3-4 guests - Master suite plus bedroom 2 Bedroom 2 is located on the east side of the Villa and can be configured as either a king bed or 2 long single beds. This room also has its own ensuite and walk in robe with picturesque views to the rainforest and gardens beyond. Note: For 3-4 guests - bedroom 3 and family room will be closed. 5+ guests - Master bedroom (king), bedroom 2 (king or 2 singles), plus bedroom 3 (queen), family room/bedroom 4 (king or 2 singles), poolside studio (queen sofa bed), 2 foldaway beds and portable-cot and 2nd kitchen. To the left of the entrance is another wing, this includes another living area for reading, TV, games or listening to music. This living space looks out onto the courtyard garden and has sofas that convert into 2 single beds or a king bed. There is a powder room close by and guests using this room will share one of the bedroom ensuites for showers. The family room leads into a second kitchen area, great for when sharing with families or groups of friends and another fridge or preparation space is needed. Walk through to bedroom 3 with a queen size bed, ensuite, walk in robe. Note: the full house is open for 5+ guests. The Villa is quite spacious and we can accommodate up to 10 guests, if you have a larger group. We have the poolside studio with a queen bed, 2 foldaway beds and a porta-cot. Let us know when booking your preferred bed configuration. Other areas: The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and separate dryer. There is a clothes line and drying racks. There is also a double garage and another parking bay at the front of the house. Guest access Guests will have full access to the main living and outdoor areas, poolside relaxation studio, powder room, laundry and garage. The Master suite is open for all bookings and additional spaces are opened including bedrooms, second living area and kitchen, depending on the number of guests in your booking. Amenities provided includes all linen, bath and beach towels, bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and sanitiser) plus a few luxury essentials such as body scrubs, face masks and bath salts to enjoy luxuriating in the large spa bath. Kitchen essentials are complimentary including coffee, tea, condiments, oils, herbs and spices. We've also provided a fully stocked "pay-it-forward" pantry, to help keep your shopping list down for your stay. This means you're welcome to use anything in the pantry and if you use the last of something either replace it or let us know so we can make sure its stocked for the next guests. The Villa is fully air conditioned throughout with WiFi and internet access, TV, sound bar and DVD, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hair dryers, washer, dryer and a number of other nice to have appliances throughout. Other things to note While the home sleeps up to 10, the nightly rate is based on 2 guests, with and additional fee of $30 per night/per guest after the first 2 guests. It can be configured as a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedroom holiday home and beds can be set up to suit your group. See the configuration options above and let us know how you'd like it setup when you book.
