The close proximity (6 minute drive) to the hospital complex makes this an ideal location for traveling nurses, physicians, and other medical professionals. For those with family members being cared for at Hendrick Hospital, this home would provide a close and comfortable place to stay. The home boasts a large, open-concept living and dining room. Optimum 500 Gbps Internet service will handle all your streaming and gaming needs, so bring your own streaming device or game console. The 55” TCL Roku TV is in ‘guest mode’, so you can be confident your credentials will go away at the end of your stay. First bedroom features a California King Bed, which our tall guests will appreciate, and it has an adjoining office area with large desk complete with office supplies. Main bath includes vanity with lighted makeup mirror and features a separate shower stall and tub. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. Second bedroom includes a Queen size bed and is just across the hall from a full bath with separate toilet and shower/bath combination and a featured skylight. Pets are allowed, and the home has a fenced in backyard. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Food and water bowls are provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes a bonus desk, dishwasher, and garbage disposer. If you have questions regarding the use of the kitchen faucet, please refer to the Welcome Book for instructions. The coffee bar has a Keurig coffee maker and a selection of coffees, sugar, creamer, and sweetener. Hot chocolate mix and instant oatmeal are also available. The laundry area is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer with laundry detergent, bleach, etc. The pull-down ironing board is on the wall across from the washer and can be angled to fit in front of the washer when in use. A steam iron is in the cabinet above the dryer. There is also a countertop for folding and a bar for hanging delicates. There are games, books, puzzles, and magazines located in the house for your leisure time. For guests with longer stays, cleaning supplies such as broom, dustpan, Swiffer mop, small vacuum, etc. are provided. Guest access The entire home, backyard and patio area, and garage are available to guests. The garage door can be opened using the button on the wall inside the garage. Guests may park on the street in front of the house, in the driveway behind the house, or in the garage.
