Due to apartment size and high demand from big groups my priority have groups bigger than 13 people. But in case there is a less persons in your group contact me. I might be able to accept less persons or will propose you another apartment. MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS I usually only accept reservations for 3 nights during weekends, but sometimes can make exceptions, so don't hesitate to ask if you wish to stay shorter than that :) ROOMS DESCRIPTION: 1st bedroom: double bed (160cm x 200 cm) can be seperated into 2 singles 2nd bedroom (no window): double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) 3rd bedroom: 2 double beds (180 cm x 200 cm) can be seperated into 4 singles 4th bedroom: 2 double beds (180 cm x 200 cm) can be seperated into 4 singles 5th bedroom: double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) can be seperated into 2 singles 6th: 1 double bed (160cm x 200cm can be sperated into 2 singles), 1 single bed 7th: 1 double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) 8th: 1 double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) Double sofa bed in the living room. 3 Bathrooms: 1st with shower, second and third with bath Dining area with a big table, sofa bed and armchair. Second living room with a table for 4 people and a kitchenette. Big kitchen with an additional table for 4 people. Functional piano in one of the bedrooms. Industrial brick walls :) GROUPS OVER 16 PEOPLE When booking through Airbnb, you can book a stay for a group of up to 16 people. Please note that each additional person will be charged extra 50 PLN/night. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay to explore and enjoy ;) Apartment is equipped as standard polish house. If you have any doubts about what you'll find here, contact me :) In apartment you can expect to find: For each guest: fresh linen, duvet (150x 200cm), 1 pillow (50x60cm), 1 bath towel + 1 hand towel, 2in1 (30 ml shampoo & shower gel) * If you need more towels than the standard amount we provide, cost for additional bath towel is 10zł and hand towel 7zł. I need such requests at least 7 days prior to arrival and if you let me know later, the things can be picked up and paid for in our centrally located office :) Each Bathroom: soap, bath mat, hair dryer. Kitchen: paper towels, dish towel, sugar, salt and pepper, big fridge with freezer, electrical stove, toaster, microwave, coffe maker. Standard kitchen tools and dishes for 24 persons. Leisure: 2 couches in different rooms, dining table with chairs (standard one prepared for 8 person) Other: 2 washing machines, washing powder, laundry basin, iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan. For guests who are in the apartment over 7 days we offer cleaning service, fresh linen and towels each 7 days. This cleaning is complimentary.
