Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. Relax in the dining & living room w/ 55 inch Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. Walk: 2 min to Albertsons, Walgreens, Wells Fargo, Sonic. Drive: 5 min to The Village, 14 min Downtown/BOI The space This tranquil home has all the amenities you may need for a relaxing stay. Spend quiet time watching TV or relaxing in the living room. Have all the things you need to cook a great meal as well. Sip on a cup of fresh brewed coffee every morning. Centrally located in the Treasure Valley it is an easy drive to Meridian, Boise Airport and downtown Boise. Driveway parking is available to guests who are traveling by RV. Please inquire for additional parking fee and availability. 110v electric hook up is available on the exterior. Garage - Indoor garage access will not be available to guests during their stay. Backyard * - The partially fenced in area has a patio table, umbrella, and chairs for 4 guests to enjoy. * Two storage sheds are not accessible by guests and the landscape/grass areas may be under maintenance during your stay depending on the time of year especially during the winter season. Guest access You will have access to the all the rooms in the single story home except for garage access. Its ok to sit outside and watch the cats ands cars pass by. Enjoy the backyard patio as well. There are 2 storage units in the backyard which are not available to guests. Other things to note We have a long driveway space for an RV parking spot with electric hook up.
