Hello! We welcome you to this cottage for 4 people (autonomous, independent entrance) at the Bottière farm in Aillon-Le-Vieux, in the heart of the Bauges, altitude 930 m. Discover this natural park and its hikes, in the heart of a massif focused on agriculture and crafts. In winter, come and ski at the Margériaz resort. Our additional services: - Linens and towels 3rd/4th occupant(s) (€10/pers) - Jacuzzi (€60/1.5 hours) - Breakfast (€10/pers) - local board salad homemade yogurt (€30/2) The space Located at the Ferme de la Bottière, the 35 m² accommodation consists of a living room and its open kitchen, and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. At your disposal: Kitchen equipped with a fridge and freezer, 3-burner induction stove, mini-oven, sink, Italian coffee maker and filter coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need for cooking. Sleeping arrangements: 1 large double bed 160x200cm with very good quality mattresses and 2 bunk beds. You can add a travel crib on request. This accommodation is located in our fully renovated farmhouse, so you can enjoy your stay independently or switch to a guest room on weekends and school holidays in all areas, to enjoy a stay with our family and our living room by the fireplace, by climbing an interior staircase. You can enjoy our large south-facing terrace, shared with our family (2 large tables, sunbathing) as soon as the sun comes out, and the shared garden with swing for children. Sheets and towels included for 2 people. We ask that you leave the cottage clean and tidy upon checkout. In exchange, we do not charge a cleaning fee. Our additional services: - Linens for 3rd and 4th person (€10/pers) - Private 10-seater hot tub (€60/1.5 hours, between 3.30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m.), in our absence we offer self access with payment depending on the amount of wood used - Linens and towels for stays of less than a week: €10/single bed, €15/double bed Guest access As a self-catering rental, you will have access to your private 35 m² accommodation but can also enjoy our south-facing terrace and garden with swing. In your accommodation, you will find novels, and on request, documents on the activities of the Bauges, topos... Other things to note The accommodation is made of stone, so the mobile network is not guaranteed and depends on your operator and the weather of the day. Similarly, a fiber wifi connection is available free of charge, but even if it is fiber, much more stable than before, we prefer to indicate that it is not guaranteed: it is a mountain connection!
