See below for details. ⸻ 🏡 About the cottage A stylish, fully equipped 30m² cottage for a maximum of 4 people + 1 child up to 3 years old (crib on request). Our house + your guest house are located on the property, and we share the garden together. No smoking. 📌 Fees when rules are broken: – hot tub cleaning: 600 CZK/h – water change + heating: 3750 CZK – unoccupied person in the hot tub: 600 CZK/60 min 🛑 If the hot tub needs to be closed due to pollution, this is not a reason for a claim or refund. ⸻ 🏊‍♂️ Pool (May-September) 🌡 Salt water 27-30°C ⛱ Covered – ideal even in bad weather 🕘 Open daily 9-21h 🧒 Safe even for small children (benches in the water) 👤 Person not staying, including children: 500 CZK/day 🛑 There is no refund if it is necessary to close due to water quality. ⸻ 🐶 Pets We have a very friendly female dog on the property (a large Swiss mountain dog). If you have allergies or fears, please let us know in advance – our family will be happy to take care of it. Pets are not allowed - allergies ⸻ 🧼 Cleaning In case of excessive pollution, we charge 600 CZK/h of cleaning. ⸻ 🎥 Cameras The entire grounds are monitored by CCTV, recording can be obtained on request from our security agency. Of course, there are no cameras in the cottage, only the alarm turned off (it does not film video, does not record audio). The alarm is permanently turned off.
