Just on the outskirts of Downtown, Conway Gardens is an up-and-coming neighborhood centrally located from many Central Florida's fun activities. The Neighborhood is also known for the many beautiful peacocks that reside in it. This is a Non-Smoking home where my pup and I both reside. Guest access The most common way to get around is with Uber or Lyft. At the airport you are also able to rent a car. The Guest are welcome to park on the street in front of the home WiFi is available. Easy smart lock to enter and leave the home. Private room with lock and key. (Lost keys do incur a replacement fee) During your stay I am usually on a pretty busy schedule out and about or working, but I will always be available via text if you need me. Other things to note The bathroom is shared with other guests, so I do ask guest to be mindful of dirty clothing on the floor and toiletries on the sink. There is camera surveillance throughout the common areas in the home, and around most of the exterior. I do have a dog. Her name is Chloe, she is a larger breed dog. She loves playing with all her toys, so you might see a couple of those scattered around the house. However, when she first meets you may bark a little since you are a stranger but warms up very quickly. After she sees you a couple of times, she will let you pet her and will want to play. One last thing is that I am an early riser, avid gym goer, and personal trainer so you may hear me on the weekdays in the early AM making coffee, but I do try my best to keep the noise to a minimum. I also work from home with 8AM-5PM business hours, so you may see me throughout the day but my room is on the other side of the home.
