We are located in a safe closed community, 5 min. drive from Atenas and 35 min. from the airport The space • The drive to your guesthouse is very easy on paved roads. Atenas is even reachable on foot, taking about 35 minutes to walk into town (steep but not overly challenging!). • Living Room: New TV with free Netflix, high-speed Internet, large couch, and large round dining room table. • Kitchen: Beautiful real wood kitchen cabinets, Large refrigerator (filtered water and ice dispenser), powerful large microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, and ALL utensils for cooking and serving. • Bathroom: Beautiful new remodeled and modern bathroom. Large space and shower with 3 water directions for you to enjoy. • First Bedroom: This is the adult bedroom with a New TV and free Netflix, a high-ceiling Fan, and a new large clothing Cabinet. • Second Bedroom: with a Bunk bed that Sleeps up to 4 people. 2 Twin mattresses and 1 matrimonial Mattress. Included an office desk, and 2 new and large clothing Cabinets. • Backyard: Enjoy and relax at our elevated and beautiful gazebo. There is a new Jacuzzi (Hot tub), a gas barbecue, a large new wood table that seats six, a sofa, chairs, and a hammock which provide lots of ways to enjoy the outdoors. • There is parking available for up to two cars. • You’ll enjoy easy access to nearby nature trails to enjoy all the beauty of Costa Rica. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions you might have. • While you may meet our friendly dogs Ralphy and Guapo, who likes to welcome guests, we will ensure he does not spend time in your place. Please let us know if you have any concerns regarding dogs. Both are completely docile and child-friendly. • Parties are not allowed at the guesthouse. Please have fun with friends and family while being considerate and respectful to neighbors in this private neighborhood. • Complimentary coffee and sugar are provided free of charge.
