There’s on-site parking in the garage in the first level. Located in a newly built neighborhood, it’s both peaceful and close to all of the beach activities! The space This is a newly built home on the marina in Cape May located a stones throw from the infamous Lobster house, among many other restaurants. It’s in a quieter area on the Cape just over the bridge. It’s a spacious 5 bedroom house with everything you’d need for a beach vacation! Bottom level is a large garage to park 2 cars, with beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys and items for your use. There’s a great outdoor shower as well. There’s a covered patio on the second level and open balcony on the third level. There’s four bedrooms on the 2nd level and two full bathrooms. One bedroom is set up for children with bunk beds and a trundle and there’s a crib and a pack and play to use as needed. The third level is open floor plan kitchen and living space with a gas fireplace. The master bedroom is on this level with an ensuite bathroom. Kitchen has all the things you would need to cook, drink and bake if needed! Guest access The whole house is yours for the time you rent! Other things to note Linens and beach towels are not included but the house is stocked with bath towels for guest use.
