This Townhouse is set up for the most amazing family vacation! The nicest sandy beach on the Shuswap and an amazing pool and hot tub just steps away from your balcony. Incredible place for families with kids or some friends just looking to get away and relax. Bring your boat and use one of the 24 provided buoys! The space A 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom townhouse that comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. Upstairs is a luxurious Master with a large comfy king size bed. Attached is a ensuite with soaker tub and shower. Enjoy gorgeous views of the lake from your private balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The second bedroom has a large queen over queen bunk bed. There is also a single futon bed just outside the bedroom in the hallway. The living room couch pulls out into a double bed. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs! Air-conditioned for those hot summer days when you need a break from the heat. Included is bedding, bath towels, BBQ propane, toilet paper, a roll of paper towel, garbage bags, dish and hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, tea, sugar, cooking oil, aluminum foil, food wrap and assorted cooking spices There is a locked and gated compound for boat and trailer storage. Enjoy nearby activities like Celista Winery, Scotch Creek Family Fun Center, Anglemont and Talking Rock Golf course, or hop on your boat and take a trip to the Narrows to visit the floating Shark Shack Restaurant. Check out Copper Island for some family friendly cliff jumping and a beautiful view of Shuswap Lake. WINTER SLEDDING - Come ride Crowfoot Mountain, one of BC's premier sledding destinations. There is over 20sq kms of incredible back country riding, enjoy the 28km of marked trails for riders of all levels. 3 different day use chalets with over 2250m of elevation and average snowfall of 16ft. This home is 10mins away from the staging area for Crowfoot Mountain. Keep your equipment secure in the locked and gated compound. Guest access Enjoy the outdoor pool and grassy area. The beach in front of the complex is private and is reserved for guest use only, no need to fight the crowds from the campground for a spot to put your towel. Other things to note ***IF YOU HAVE A BOAT a buoy tag is included for the duration of your stay. There are 24 buoys on a first-come first-serve basis.*** There is a fire pit on the beach for the complex to use. Wood can be brought with you or purchased from the provincial campground host next door. Please follow all local fire regulations. There is a new day dock for loading and unloading people onto your boat as well as getting out on the water. Do not leave your boat tied to the dock for more than 1 hour. A buoy must be used for overnight tie-up. Children 12 and under must be supervised at all times when using the pool and hot tub. There is NO lifeguard on duty. No glass in the pool or hot tub areas. No smoking in the pool or hot tub areas. No gum, water balloons, or band aids in the pool or hot tub areas. All floating devices must be removed from the pool and hot tub areas nightly. ***There is no guarantee the hot tub and pool will be open. ***Depending on factors out of our control the pool and hot tub may be closed periodically for maintenance or repair.
