We do allow up to 12 people in the condo. Our base rate is for 8 people. 9-12 are $35 per person per day Master bedroom has a king and a twin Bedroom # 2 has 2 twins Bedroom #3 has 2 twins. There are 2 Pull out couches in living room and a large couch. The minimum age to rent my condo is 25 years old. Please do not reach out to me about renting my condo unless you are 25 or older. The person renting and paying for the condo will need to be one of the guests at the condo.
