Smaller bedroom with queen size bed. Bathroom with walk in shower, separate tub, twin sinks and toilet. Dining room and living room over looking the lake. Laundry room with washer and dryer located on tenants level. Guest access The whole upper level is yours by yourself minus the garage. The upper level and lower level are separated by a locked door. The upper level tenant has their own private entrance and living space. Other things to note I have two kayaks for use at no charge from May 1 - September 30. Fishing poles available. Fire pit and fire wood available. Lake stairway patio with furniture overlooking the lake. Bike/snowmobile trail close by.
