The space You will enter the cottage into a light and airy lounge with leather sofas, Smart TV with Netflix, a Smart desk with inbuilt bluetooth sound system and both wired and wireless chargers. A country-style kitchen/dining room adjoins the lounge and contains modern kitchen and laundry appliances. Stairs lead up from the lounge to two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and a full-sized bath with shower over. Both bedrooms have new premium quality comfortable pocket-spring mattresses, wardrobes and Smart bedside lamps that allow you to charge devices and adjust light level and colour temperature. The larger bedroom contains a king-size bed and Smart TV; the second bedroom contains a double bed and offers peaceful river views and beautiful afternoon sunlight. Outside you will find a small patio with garden around, as well as both a lawn with swing seat and paved areas adjacent to Tillingbourne River. Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage with the exception of two cupboards that the hosts use to store linen and provisions. The cottage is the quieter back section of a semi-detached building. Both cottages share the front gate, but you will have private use of your patio and lawn. Other things to note The house is not equiped with or licenced for live streaming TV, but is equipped with fast wifi, HD smart TV devices and a Netflix account that guests may use.
