Property is on a township maintained "historical/conservation" unpaved road dating back 400 years to the birth of our nation. There is a 450 acre wildlife area across the road and seven miles of trails out the front door. Minutes to Portsmouth, University of New Hampshire, and downtown Dover. The space West Elm Furniture. Fully stocked kitchen with All-Clad pots and pans. Sip Coffee in the back-yard watching Deer, and Turkey as they graze through the property. Stroll less than a half mile down the street to hike the Bellamy River Wildlife Sanctuary. Dine out in Portsmouth, NH which is a quick 9 mile drive, or 16 minutes. Head up to Kittery Outlet Malls. Visit UNH - only 5 miles away. Guest access Plenty of parking for up to two cars in the driveway, next to the barn. Other things to note We do list as pet friendly. Dogs are allowed with our permission, just check first. Our dog fee is $60 which is billed through Airbnb when you book. In addition we charge $10 a night per dog with a 2 dog limit. We cap the expense at $200 per stay. That bill will be from Airbnb after check in. While cat lovers ourselves we do not allow cats due to allergies of other guests. Larger parties requiring more than 1 bed can also book our "Private entrance guest suite in a rural setting!", which has a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and private bath.
