The space This is a beautiful space with thoughtful interior, incredible views, comfortable beds. There are several choices of linens with varying degrees of warmth, plush towels and many comfy pillows to choose from. The living room has a comfortable wide couch and matching large lounge chair perfect for that extra friend or family members visit! Plus there are 2 air mattress beds. The homes location is serine and away from traffic noise. There is easy access to walking trails and the rec centers that have all the amenities. There are nearby restaurants, golf clubs and stores. Guest access Entire House and Garage Other things to note We Rent on a monthly basis each month is a minimum of a 28 day stay with its associated 28 day fee. High season is December January, February, March and April your desired dates and check out is honored, but you must complete the pay structure for each month during high season regardless if you are able to book your last month less than 28 days. Send an inquiry with your specific questions. We are part of a large GVR community, it’s called Green Valley Recreation. There are many activities besides the gym, pools, tennis and pickle ball courts. GVR has an online presence and there is a Seasonal magazine located in the house and at the GVR office. There is a registration process that all guests must follow if you would like to use the facilities. You can let me know before you arrive and then I can gather the pertinent info from you to aid in the process. GVR has a fee and you have a choice from what date you would like your membership card to start and end on. It’s an easy process It can even be done online.
