The Cozy Bird Nest

One of a kind 300 square foot micro condo with Modern Farmhouse decor and atmosphere, located at The Pinnacle Inn in the heart of Beech Mountain. LESS THAN A MILE FROM THE OVERLOOK BARN! The condo is fully equipped to make a short stay comfortable and affordable, and it is the perfect place for a couple or those traveling solo. After adventuring around the area, you can finish your day in the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, or hot tub! **The All Season Center is closed during April. The space This condo is located at The Pinnacle Inn in the heart of Beech Mountain. It was totally renovated in a modern farmhouse style. It offers everything you need to feel at home, including a queen size bed, wood fireplace (wood not provided), microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots/pans, dishes, small electric range, small refrigerator, and a washer and dryer. The condo also has 2 wall heaters, one next to the bed and one next to the sofa, plus a portable heater located in the sitting area. Please note that there is no A/C in the condo as the daytime Summer temperatures are typically in the 70s and the evening/night temperatures are typically in the 50s and 60s. Included in your stay is unlimited Wi-Fi, cable TV + HBO channels. There is a small open porch to sit and relax or to keep your bicycles. The minimum age to rent the Cozy Bird Nest is 23 for all guests. As a safety precaution, I do not rent my condo to guests without them being fully registered and verified by Airbnb, which includes a self-photo, email, phone, and government ID. I also require previous Airbnb stays and positive reviews. The condo is for 2 guests maximum, no exceptions. There is a $250 fine for additional unauthorized guests. I do not rent to 3rd parties. The condo is not suitable for children. Due to severe allergies, I cannot have pets or smoking in my condo, hallway or balcony. There is a $250 fine for bringing an unauthorized pet or for smoking in the condo. Parties are not allowed. If guests have a party in the condo, an extra $65 cleaning fee will be charged. Please know that I am doing my part to keep the condo safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, door knobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before each check-in. There is a Ring security/video camera located on the front door and directed towards the exterior (common) hallway only. Guest access **Please note that the All Season Center will be closed from April 1 through April 15, 2025.** When the All Season Center is open, guests will have full access to the indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Pinnacle Inn also offers a pool table, ping pong, corn hole, work-out equipment, tennis courts, and miniature golf. Other things to note If you are coming in the Winter, please note that you may need a 4 X 4 vehicle or tire chains.
