A spacious room with newly refurbished private bathroom in rural Devon, close to the thriving market town Ashburton. Suitable for up to 2 adults, travel cot by arrangement. Most diets including fussy eater can be catered for. Parking on the lane outside the house. The space The access to your room is through stone steps (if you require disabled access, please ask) and the back door of the house. You will walk through the utility room, where there's a microwave for you to use if you wish. King size bed with a memory foam topper. Bamboo bed linen. Kettle, toaster, mugs, spoons, wine glasses and mini fridge provided. TV and wifi. The bathroom has shower over bath, towel rail, vanity unit and loo. Guest access Your bedroom, en-suite bathroom. Utility room by arrangement. During your stay There are tea and coffee facilities in the room along with a mini fridge and a toaster. If you require meals, I am a trained chef and happy to offer breakfast, lunch or dinner by separate arrangement. You will have your separate entrance through the back of the house, so you will have all the privacy you need, but I am always here and available to help. Other things to note Please note: steps leading to the backdoor are not suitable for wheelchair access.
