The space The house is located 50 meters from Jabaquara Beach (close to restaurants, bars and a market) and 1.9 km from Paraty's Historic Center. Other things to note The city of Paraty welcomes culture lovers, being one of Unesco's World Heritage Sites, with a beautiful Historic Center for visitors to explore. The city also has several restaurants known for their fine cuisine, in addition to the exuberant natural setting with its more than 300 beaches and 65 islands, waterfalls and stills. IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for the lack of electricity and water in the city. We offer 1 (one) parking space in the condominium, which is an open-air parking lot (without a gate). For other cars, there is the option to park on the street itself, which is very quiet.
