My guesthouse is my converted garage and was into a great one bedroom granny flat so the when I retire my daughter can start her family in the main house and I can be close by and still work my garden and enjoy life. There’s a full kitchen with all of the necessary pots and pans dishes for 4 guest and plenty of storage space in the kitchen area and the bedroom. The sofa can sleep one.Living room has a smart television where you can login to your Netflix and Hulu, full size iron and board. The space There are several local coffee shops in the neighborhood and located near the Exop Train Station which can take you to Santa Monica Beach and shopping Malls. Minutes from (DTLA) there’s so much to do,restaurants and shops ,Grand Park , Walt Disney Concert Hall, The Broad Museum that you can explore. You can take the train to the LA Coliseum for Football games: USC,The RAMS & The Chargers . I’m Centrally located to the 10, 405 &110 freeways. Plenty of places to go hiking and enjoy the great weather of Los Angeles. Guest access Guest have access to the backyard and the patio area, the mini Weber Grill or the large propane Grill.
